I purchased this as a new property for summer retreats and workations, but because I travel for business frequently I no longer use it much, so I am offering it to someone who loves nature. If you decide to purchase by the end of July 2023 I will sell it at the price shown below.

At an elevation of 715 m, it stays cool even in midsummer. The land is 273 tsubo (approx. 902 m²). The building was constructed three years ago at a cost of ¥2,500,000 (including furniture and fixtures). A simple (portable) toilet is installed. Waste can be disposed of at the management office a 1-minute drive away, so no cleaning is necessary and it is hygienic. The Hatoriko Highlands roadside station (Michi-no-Eki) is a 1-minute drive away and is open 24 hours. The hot springs at Regina no Mori are available 5 minutes away by car. There is no piped water, but a clean stream runs in front of the cabin that can be used for washing dishes and similar tasks. Electricity is supplied by an installed battery and can power electric appliances except for heating-type devices. The sale includes a sofa, record player, desk, chairs, and an outdoor wood-burning stove.
