It is a villa subdivision in Lake Hatori that was purchased in Heisei 5 and has not been used for many years, but several decades have passed without using it such as building a villa. My husband and I bought it, but we just went to see it, and we came without building a building. Now that I'm getting older, I want to let it go as soon as possible.
It is close to Lake Hatori and is rich in nature, so I think it is suitable for those who are interested in the outdoors. There is also a golf course nearby. The location is at a junction and faces a simple paved road.平成5年に購入し長年活用しないままの羽鳥湖の別荘分譲地ですが、別荘を建てるなど活用することなく数十年が経ってしまいました。夫婦で購入したのですが、見に行くばかりで、建物を建てることなく来てしまいました。高齢になってしまったので、できるだけ早く手放したいと考えています。
羽鳥湖からも近く、自然豊かな土地なのでアウトドアにご興味のある方に適していると思います。近くにはゴルフ場もあります。場所は丁字路で、簡易舗装した道路に面してます。
