This is a villa subdivision that my mother purchased many years ago, but she never built a villa or otherwise used the plot, and several decades have already passed. My mother is now elderly and can no longer travel to the site, so we would like to dispose of the property as soon as possible.

The site is about 5 km from Lake Hatori and is close to a golf course, a lakeside auto-camping ground, and a ski resort — recommended for those who enjoy outdoor sports and nature. We have not visited the site for a very long time, so our memory of the immediate surroundings is vague, but aerial photographs show that several villas appear to have been built nearby.

The road and drainage ditches are maintained by the management company; the road width is about 6 m. Tap water can be supplied by the management company (a separate water contribution fee and water charges apply). Electricity, gas, and communications must be contracted individually. From December to March, snow removal is available for a fee if requested up to one week in advance by the owner.
