Teshikaga Town is a central tourist destination in eastern Hokkaido, home to Lake Mashu and Lake Kussharo. The property is located in the Izumi district, which spreads out on the south bank of the Tobetsu River that runs through the town, on the south side of the town. The area is a quiet residential area, with the Mashu Kosei Hospital, a certified child care center, and a special nursing home all located there. The property is an old apartment building in 1-chome, west of the hospital. The building combines the residential space in the front with the apartment building in the back, and the residential space is currently rented. Part of the apartment building was also rented, but is currently vacant. As the property is mostly old, it would be good to use it as a warehouse or to start by renovating the rooms, which are in relatively good condition. There is a large warehouse and garage at the back of the site, and it is in a good location where it is bordered by roads in two directions, south and west. Ideal for storing leisure equipment such as large cars and canoes. Located at the western end of the city, it is not bad for daily life such as hospitals and shopping.
