It is an old private house built in Taisho 13 and is 100 years old. I bought it as a home about two years ago, but I got married and moved, so I let it go, and it has been vacant since mid-September 5. The house is a one-story house with a rice field-shaped floor plan. It has a veranda and is very airy. The minimum necessary parts have been repaired and are ready to live.

It draws well water and uses it in conjunction with clean water. Well water is used in the washroom, bath, washing machine and kitchen (one of the two faucets). The well water motor was just replaced with a new one in February of Reiwa 5. Next to the main building is a large and magnificent storehouse. The brewery was considering a business, but it still didn't have time to repair it. You can imagine various ways to use it, such as cafes, co-working spaces, and exhibition halls, but there are some parts that need to be repaired, such as floors and ceilings.

It is located in the center of a rural town, with a post office and restaurants within walking distance, and government offices, supermarkets, convenience stores, and schools within a 3-minute drive. A maximum of 3 cars can be parked. There is also a storero大正13年に築造された、築100年になる古民家です。約2年前に自宅として購入しましたが、結婚して転居することとなったため手放し、令和5年9月半ばから空き家となっております。居宅は平屋建て、田の字型間取りで趣があります。縁側があり、非常に風通しが良い物件です。最低限必要な箇所は修繕しており、すぐに居住可能です。

井戸水をひいており、上水と併用しております。洗面所、お風呂、洗濯機、台所（2つある蛇口のうち１つ）に井戸水を利用しております。井戸水のモーターは令和5年2月に新しいものに交換したばかりです。主屋の隣には大きくて立派な蔵があります。蔵では事業を検討しておりましたが、修繕する時間もとれないままでした。カフェやコワーキングスペース、展示場など様々な活用方法が想像できますが、床や天井などいくつか修繕が必要な箇所があります。

田舎町の中心地にあり、郵便局、飲食店は徒歩圏内、役場、スーパー、コンビニ、学校などは車で3分程度のところにあります。車は最大で3台は駐車可能です。敷地内には農機具などを収納する物置もあります。
