Years ago I acquired this plot on a remote island with the dream of building a small hut and living close to nature, but due to my age and declining physical strength I am now letting it go. As shown in the photos the site is overgrown and in a wild condition. It is ideal for self-sufficient living or rugged camping — perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. Immediate handover is possible. Surveys and on-site inspections by the seller cannot be provided. The property will be sold and transferred strictly as-is. The land fronts a public road approximately 5 m wide, and there are buildings opposite the road. A traditional dirt track (known locally as an "akadō") runs along both sides of the parcel, so it is relatively easy to approximately identify the boundaries of the land (this is not an isolated wilderness parcel). There is an official reference cadastral map prepared by a national agency that can be used to help determine the site boundaries; the buyer will be provided with this set of documents. 写真のとおり公道に面していますが、何mか下に下がった場所に該当土地が有ります。該当土地の左右付近には赤道？のような小道が有ります。電気は道向かいの倉庫には来ていると聞いています。
