Many years ago, I acquired a piece of land with the dream of building a hut on a remote island and living a natural life, but it became too difficult for me to get old and physical, so I decided to give it up this time. As you can see in the photo, it is a wild situation with grass growing. Whether you're self-sufficient or camping wild, you can enjoy anything in the wild. Immediate handover is possible. Surveying and on-site attendance are not possible. All handovers will be made as-is. We are not responsible for defects.
As shown in the photo, the land faces a public road about 5 meters wide, there are buildings across the road, and the equator passes to the left and right of the land, so it is easy to roughly identify the extent of the land. (It's not the same as "Potsun and Wilderness.") There is a reference official map officially prepared by a national agency to identify the extent of the land in question, and the purchaser will be given a set of documents. In addition, there is a survey drawing of the building across the road, and the extent of the land in question is also described with reference, so it will be used as a basis for locating.

本件土地は写真のとおり幅5ｍ程の公道に面していますし、道向かいには建物も有り、本件土地の左右には赤道も通っておりますので、土地の範囲をおおよそ特定するのは割合に容易と言えます。（「ポツンと原野」とは違います。）現地で本件土地の範囲を特定する為に国の機関が正式に作成した参考公図有りますので、購入者には書類一式をお渡しします。あと、道向かいの建造物の測量図面も有り、本件土地の範囲も参考に記述されていますので位置特定の根拠として活用資料となります。
写真のとおり公道に面していますが、何mか下に下がった場所に該当土地が有ります。該当土地の左右付近には赤道？のような小道が有ります。電気は道向かいの倉庫には来ていると聞いています。
海岸線から近い位置で道路も大きいので、Googleカーが通っている位です。グーグルアースで土地の位置と画像をご覧いただけます。
