I bought it with the intention of retiring about 3 years ago and then living there, but I decided to let it go because I didn't think I would be able to retire yet. I go there once a month, during New Year's holidays, Bon holidays, and Golden Week, so my house is not empty. It is an old private house that is about 100 years old. I use it cleanly. The room that was built by the person who lived before is on the second floor. The hallway is fluffy, so I think it would be better to replace it. I didn't care, so I was thinking of repairing it if I felt like it. It's a house in the mountains, so it's quite quiet and cars hardly pass by. There is also a small pond. The night is pitch black and there is only the moon and starlight.
