I bought it with the intention of retiring about 3 years ago and then living there, but I decided to let it go because I didn't think I would be able to retire yet. I go there once a month, during New Year's holidays, Bon holidays, and Golden Week, so my house is not empty. It is an old private house that is about 100 years old. I use it cleanly. The room that was built by the person who lived before is on the second floor. The hallway is fluffy, so I think it would be better to replace it. I didn't care, so I was thinking of repairing it if I felt like it. It's a house in the mountains, so it's quite quiet and cars hardly pass by. There is also a small pond. The night is pitch black and there is only the moon and starlight. There are a few fields (home garden-sized) that can be used freely with a storehouse.3年位前にリタイヤしてから住もうと思い購入しましたが、まだまだリタイヤ出来そうにないので手放す事にしました。一ヶ月に一度と正月、盆休み、ゴールデンウイークには現地に行ってますので空き家にはなっておりません。築100年位の古民家です。きれいにして使っています。前に住んでいた方が作り途中の部屋が2階にあります。廊下はふかふかしているので張り替えた方が良いかと思います。私は気にならなかったので気が向いたら修理しようと思ってました。山の中の一軒家なのでかなり静かで車もほぼ通りません。小さな池もあります。夜は真っ暗で月、星明かりだけです。蔵と自由に使って良い畑（家庭菜園規模）が少しあります。
