A two-story wooden house with a slate roof that is about 150 years old. The first floor is generally warped and there are areas of peeling floors and tatami mats. There are damaged rain gutters. The toilet is out of order, but the owner will repair it as soon as a tenant is found.約150年の歴史を持つ木造スレート葺2階建の住宅。1階は全体的にたわみや、床・畳に剥がれている部分があります。雨どいに破損部分があります。トイレが故障していますが、入居が決まり次第、所有者が修理します。

・A guarantor is required at the time of signing the contract. (However, the guarantor must not live with the tenant.) ・Renter's liability insurance must be purchased at the time of signing the contract, and a copy of the fire insurance certificate must be submitted. (Insurance must be renewed during the tenancy.) ・All repairs to the building (including the structure and fixtures) and installation of fixtures before and after moving in must be borne by the tenant. ・トイレ排気筒が途中で外れています。
・上記のとおり現状のまま賃貸。（建物内外の清掃等）
