This house is quite old and has a lot of things left by the previous owner. Renovating the house will require several days of cleaning and a significant budget (unless you're good at DIY...lol).
However, this property has some advantages.
*The village office offers several subsidies for newcomers (e.g. 90% of demolition costs, 100% of septic tank replacement costs, 100% of wood costs for house renovation/renovation, etc.).
*Despite being in the middle of the village, there are no direct neighbors. And the house on the right has been vacant since last year (maybe it's a good idea to buy here to enjoy a large plot of land for a big project).
*Very good location (2 min walk to nearest bus stop, 5 min walk to nice cafe, 5 min drive to hot spring/village office/hospital/post office/school/convenience store). Very little traffic as it's an old road that almost no one uses.
*The sunniest and least disaster-prone place in the village (earthquakes, floods, landslides).
*Private access to the river.
*Large plot, perfect for recreation, animal keeping and gardening. Parking for 3 cars.

*村内で最も日当たりが良く、災害が起きにくい場所です（地震、浸水、土砂崩れ）。
*川への専用アクセスあり。
*レクリエーション、動物飼育、ガーデニングに最適な広大な区画。3台分の駐車場もあります。
*区画には3ヘクタールの森林が付いていますが、興味がない場合は販売価格を下げる交渉に応じます。
