This is the house where my mother, who passed away four years ago, was born and raised. The third memorial service is over, and I have no plans to live in it in the future, so I decided to let it go. The roof was4年前に亡くなった母が生まれ育った家です。3回忌も終わり、今後住む予定がないので、手放すことにしました。母が大切にし、私たちも子供の頃は夏休みを過ごした愛着のある家です。大切にしていただける方にお譲りしたいです。近隣と仲良く交流できる方を希望します。富山湾に近く、5分程歩いた神通川沿いの道からは、晴れていると立山連峰を望むことができます。富山駅までは約7km、車で16分ほど。近くのスーパーは車で10分程です。間取りは1階に広い玄関と5部屋、キッチン、洗面所、トイレ、洗濯機置き場、2階に4部屋。松や楓が植えられた庭があります。雪見障子から眺める冬の庭は母のお気に入りでした。柱や梁も太く、雪見障子、レトロなガラス戸などに、古き良き昭和の雰囲気があり、ほっとする居心地です。屋根は母が亡くなる前に瓦を葺き替えています。家財道具はそのままになっています。現状での不具合としては上水道が出なくなっており、修理が必用です。井戸水も引いていますが錆が混じります。下水は本下水で問題なく機能しています。水洗トイレです。ガスはプロパン。風呂は石油ボイラー。車は２～３台駐車できます。納屋があり、家庭菜園が作れる裏庭もあります。母が亡くなったあとは、叔母が風を通したり、年に数回娘ふたりが滞在したりしていました。水道を手入れすれば居住できますが、古い家ですので、古家付き土地としてお譲りします。引き渡し時期は相談させてください。民泊など営利目的は不可とさせていただきます。

The kitchen, toilet, bathroom and entra民泊をしたくて購入したのですが、私には困難だったため売却する事に致しました。時期については、遠方でもありできるだけ早く売却したいと考えています。富山市の南、富山空港や市街地から車で20分の距離です。国道41号線沿いにありアクセスはいいと思います。神通川の西岸で、すぐ近くに神二ダム、楽今日館（温泉）、県営漕艇場があります。対岸は、猿倉山森林公園です。大学生がボートの練習をしていることもあります。道路側は山になっており、鉄道が定期的に走ってきます。しばらく行ったところに笹津駅があります。春先にはホトトギスの鳴き声が聞こえてのどかな場所です。車で10分ほど行けば大沢野地区で、コンビニはもちろん、スーパー、ファミレス、中華料理店などがあります。生活に困ることはありません。建物は、地上2階建て、半地下のような形でコンクリートブロック造の作業場があり、川辺の遊歩道に出られます。鉄骨ガレージもありますし、玄関前に車を停めるスペースもあります。1階のキッチン、トイレ、浴室から玄関にかけては過去にリフォームされており、できる範囲で掃除しました。1階居室は和室で大小7部屋、2階は和洋3部屋です。2階は大きな梁がある造りですが、古さがあります。設備としては、屋根には融雪のために灯油で温めた不凍液を巡らすホースが設置されており、ボタン一つで始動します。公営上下水接続済みです。難点は、電気温水器が古くて使用できないことです。エコキュートへの入れ替えかプロパンガスへの変更が必要だと思っています。ガス屋さんは貸与契約で15万円くらいで対応してくれると聞いています。また、古い建物で隙間が多いので、その対策はした方が良さそうです。公図が古く、南側の境界が不明確です。ただ、空き地になっているので、特に生活する上では問題ないのかと思っています。道路側は公図では設置面が短いように見えますが、植栽を含め、本物件の敷地です。木が2本ありますが、ご近所の方が管理するから秋に実を取らせてほしいと言われていますので、切らない方がいいかと思います。現況渡しの公簿取引、古い建物なので契約不適合責任は免責でお願いいたします。
