This is a house that I received from an acquaintance last year, but I have not been able to use it well and it has been vacant for a while. All remaining items have been removed and I am currently regularly changing the air. The rooms are Japanese-style rooms and the tatami mats are old, so I think it would be better to replace the tatami mats or remodel them to flooring.
There are no problems such as water leaks or rain leaks, but since it is an old house, I am looking for someone who can take it as it is. It has been rented from January 2024 for a rent of 15,000 yen and is an owner change property. The contract allows DIY for rental as is, and the landlord is not obligated to repair the facilities. Since it is currently rented, you cannot view it.
It is in the center of Izushi Town and is a highly convenient area. It is also famous as a tourist destination and I think it can be used as a second home or a restaurant. The road in front is wide, so it can be rebuilt. There is no parking lot. 出石町の中心部であり、利便性の高い地域になります。観光地としても有名で、セカンドハウスや飲食店として利用できるかと思います。前面道路が広いため、再建築も可能です。駐車場はありません。住むためには多少リフォームが必要だと思います。
