It is a land in a quiet villa area of Tsumagoi Village, which I inherited from my father. It was a land that I bought with the intention of building a villa someday, but I didn't have the opportunity to build a villa, and currently it is only land. Land management fees are about 50,000 yen per year. Since there is no prospect that I will be able to use it, I will post it in the hope that someone will purchase it. You can do it right away. It is about 30 minutes by car from Naka-Karuizawa Station and about 10 minutes by car from Oni Extrusion Garden.
