This detached house in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture has views of a beautiful white sandy beach from the rooms. You can reach the beach directly via a small stream without crossing roads or private land (some grass cutting and stairs will be required), so I bought it imagining it would be fun to spend time on the beach using an extension cord for power. It’s an exciting property with potential — comfortable remote work on the beach, family recreation, or interesting rental uses. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Shonai Airport, making access good; in summer you can enjoy the beach, in winter skiing (Hachimoriyama Ski Area is about 15 minutes by car), and hot springs (Atsumi Onsen public bath is about 15 minutes by car), so it’s enjoyable year-round. I originally bought it as a leisure base intending to use it myself but I had to give up due to work commitments.

The building is in a condition where, after removal of belongings, cleaning, and minor repairs, it should be livable. There is also a garage where a car can be parked (there is a sign of a past leak in one spot). The house faces a public road and rebuilding is possible, so building new is an option. Utilities are connect山形県鶴岡市のお部屋から白い綺麗なビーチが見える戸建です。道路や他人地を通らず、小川を通って直接ビーチまで行けるため（草刈りや階段は必要です）、延長ケーブルを使ってビーチで電気を使いながら過ごせたら楽しいだろうなと考えて購入しました。ビーチで快適に仕事をしたり、家族で遊んだり、人に貸しても面白い使い方ができるワクワクする物件です。庄内空港まで車で約30分でアクセスも良く、夏はビーチ、冬はスキー（八森山スキー場まで車で約15分）、温泉（あつみ温泉公衆浴場まで車で約15分）と年中楽しめる環境です。レジャーの拠点として購入し自分で利用しようと考えていましたが、仕事が忙しく断念しました。

建物は荷物撤去とクリーニングと小修繕をすれば住めるかなという状況で、車が停められる車庫も付いております(1箇所雨漏りのあとがあります）。公道に接しており再建築可能なため、新築を建てるのもありだと思います。ライフラインは上水道・ＬＰガス・電気・公共下水となっており、家財道具はだいぶん残っていて、これをそのまま引き取ってくださる方を希望します。 また、居宅の戸建は公道に面しているため問題ありませんが、別棟の倉庫（車庫）は私道を通っており、その通行承諾と掘削承諾の書面は持っておりません。その私道の所有者は自治会のため、問題ないと思いますが、万が一の場合はビーチから小川を通って現地の倉庫（車庫）に行く可能性があり、駐車場を他に借りる必要が出るかもしれません。
