My parents, who inherited the old house and lived there for many years, moved into a nursing home in September 2017. I would like to discuss the price with the person who is interested. - This property is located in Uonuma City (Hirokami district), a land of beautiful mountains and rivers, represented by snow, Koshihikari (rice), and the Uonuma Sanzan mountains. - In the vicinity, there are ski resorts, golf courses, and hot spring facilities with sports gyms, as well as supermarkets and other commercial facilities, so I think it is convenient for daily life. - It is close to the expressway interchange (Koide IC) (about 5 minutes by car) and the Shinkansen (the nearest station, Urasa Station, is a few minutes away), so it has good access to the metropolitan area. - The house was newly built in 1948 with a thatched roof, but about 50 years ago, it was renovated into a two-story building with a metal roof, while making use of the first floor.・The house's lan旧家を引継ぎ、長年の住まいとしてきた両親が2017年9月に介護施設に入居しました。それ以来、空家となり現在に至っていますが、自宅に戻れる可能性もなくなったことから今回売却を希望することになりました。特段の希望はありませんが、田舎や自然を愛する人であればよいなと思っています。価格については希望する方とご相談したいと思っています。・雪とこしひかり(米)と魚沼三山に代表される山紫水明の地である魚沼市（広神地区）の物件です。・近隣にはスキー場、ゴルフ場、スポーツジムを併設した温泉施設がある他、 スーパーなどの商業施設も近く、生活利便に恵まれていると思います。・高速道路のIC(小出IC)から近く(車で約5分)、また新幹線(最寄り駅である浦佐駅まで十数分)で、首都圏とのアクセスは良好です。・住宅は昭和23年に茅葺屋根で新築したものですが、50年ほど前に1階部分を生かしたうえで金属板葺の2階建てにリフォームしたものです。・家の敷地は520坪程有り、その約半分が田畑として自作が可能です。・近年は小雪が続いていましたが、昨シーズンは思いのほかドカ雪となりました(最深積雪2m以上?)。多少の覚悟は必要かと思います。ただし、家へのアクセス道路は消雪されており、車の通行に支障はありません。また、屋根には消雪設備があるため、雪下ろし作業は不要です。・両親が戻る前提だったため、家財はそのままの状態になっています。(家財の処分は希望者と相談)・住宅内の水回りの設備が一部故障(風呂場使用不可)しており修理が必要です。・敷地内の田畑は農地法の関係で農家以外の方には売却できませんが、その場合でも家庭菜園等として利用して頂ければと思っています。・現在敷地には住宅の他、作業所兼倉庫、事務所の3棟がありますがいずれも未登記です。(契約の際には、どうするかご相談したいと思います)
