After the property was put on the market, most visitors said they wanted to buy it, but because the warehouse portion exceeds 50% of the total area it does not qualify for many residential mortgages. For that reason, we have reduced the price as much as possible.

A few years ago the owner of the sushi restaurant passed away, and the sushi restaurant closed last year. Since no one could be found to operate the business, my mother has been running a small Japanese-style restaurant (kobaryo) by herself.
