It is a piece of land that his father bought and inherited. I haven't touched anything. Please check the situation in the photo.
In the past, there was an assessment of 10 million yen, but recently (Heisei 30) the assessment amount is 4.65 million yen. Immediate delivery is possible, and the amount is negotiable.
It takes about 5 minutes by car to the lakeside. It is close to the members-only resort hotel "Exib Yamanakako". Since it is not maintained, vegetation is growing. There are other villas on the shores of Lake Yamanaka, which are mainly used during the summer. It is very cool (about 10 degrees lower than Tokyo) and close to the city center, so I think it is the best summer resort. In winter, I also come to smelt fishing and ski resorts near Lake Kawaguchi.
Although it is a villa area, we do not outsource the management to a management office. Therefore, I only pay 12,000 yen ~ 13,000 yen every year only in property tax, and there are no other costs.
There is no gas, electricity or water pull-in.
Please consider it.
