It takes about 5 minutes by car to the lakeside. It is close to the members-only resort hotel "Exib Yamanakako". Since it is not maintained, vegetation is growing. There are other villas on the shores of Lake Yamanaka, which are mainly used during the summer. It is very cool (about 10 degrees lower than Tokyo) and close to the city center, so I think it is the best summer resort. In winter, I also come to smelt fishing and ski resorts near Lake Kawaguchi.
Although it is a villa area, we do not outsource the management to a management office. Therefore, I only pay 12,000 yen ~ 13,000 yen every year only in property tax, and there are no other costs.

湖畔まで車で約5分。会員制リゾートホテル「エクシブ山中湖」の近くです。手入れをしていませんので、草木が生えています。山中湖湖畔に他にも別荘があり、主に夏の間、利用しています。とても涼しく(東京より10度程低い)、都心からも近く、最高の避暑地であると思います。又、冬もワカサギ釣りや河口湖近くのスキー場に遊びにきています。
別荘地ですが、特に管理事務所等に管理の委託はしていません。なので、固定資産税のみ毎年12,000円～13,000円支払っているだけで、他に費用は発生していません。
ガス、電気、水道の引き込みはありません。
