Originally designed and built by an architect as his own villa, this is a unique style of building. The high ceilings in the living room are a style not seen in other properties. It is located in a quiet place in the mountains, and wild deer can be seen. There is also a wood stove, which would be expensive to install. The flush toilet and bath are the same as in a normal house. Even in the heat of summer, the temperature is low and comfortable. The autumn leaves are also beautiful, with maple trees on the premises. It is accessible from Tokyo by car in 1.5 hours if you use the expressway. In winter, water must be drained when visitors visit to prevent the water pipes from freezing (this can be entrusted to the management company at an additional cost). The land is leased, and a land lease fee (80,000 yen per year) and a land lease change contract fee (approximately 460,000 yen) are required when buying or selling. In addition, it is not permitted to use it as a private lodging because it is not permitted by the management regulations of the villa area.
