It takes about 5 minutes by car to the lakeside. It is close to the members-only resort hotel "Exib Yamanakako". Since it is not maintained, vegetation is growing. 別荘地ですが、特に管理事務所等に管理の委託はしていません。なので、固定資産税のみ毎年12,000円~13,000円支払っているだけで、他に費用は発生していません。
ガス、電気、水道の引き込みはありません。
