The property is large enough with two detached buildings in the main house and a warehouse, and there are very few repairs. As for the detachment on the north side, it seems that the landlord's father used it as a karaoke room, and when you open the window, you can see the scenery of the satoyama in the Kitayama area and a pleasant breeze comes in. The only bottleneck of this property is that the parking lot is quite narrow and has a slope. My personal impression is that the bath can be used as it is now, but I haven't touched it, so I had the image that if I just renovated the bath, I could do DIY on my own.
