After acquiring the ryokan, it reopened after renovations but was soon closed again due to the impact of COVID-19. During its operating period, it served as a ryokan and restaurant, and the banquet hall was used for local gatherings, weddings, funerals, and meetings. Recently, it has also been used by inbound tourists. After renovating the dining room into a wine restaurant bar in 2019, it closed about six months later, so the restaurant is very clean and it is possible to open a restaurant as is. Behind the ryokan, there is a 5LDK detached house. 旅館取得後、改装工事を経て再開いたしましたが、すぐにコロナの影響により休業しています。営業期間は旅館、レストランとして営業し、宴会場では地域の宴会、冠婚葬祭、会議等のご利用を頂き、昨今ではインバウンドの方のご利用もございました。2019年に食堂をワインレストランバーへとリフォーム後、約半年で休業したため、レストランは大変キレイで飲食店をそのまま開業することも可能です。旅館裏には5LDKの戸建があります。融資の引継ぎ（最大4,400万円相当）も相談に応じます。
