It’s a 3-minute walk from Maita Station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line. 私はここの所有者ではなく、建物オーナーとの間に結ばれた賃貸借契約の賃借人という立場であるため、今回の契約内容はその賃借人の地位の承継(手続きとしては一旦私が現契約を解除した後に、新規で契約をして頂く形となります)及び、賃貸物件の造作部分の譲渡という形にさせて頂きます。店舗そのものは普通借家契約3年、初期費用は、物件造作部分の譲渡費用98万円に加えて、保証金 80,000円+保障料(保障会社分) 80,000円+礼金 80,000円+消費税です。なお、物件賃料については、長友の引継ぎであれば80,000円+消費税(紹介なしの場合、90,000円+消費税の見込みです)という形でお願い致します。
