This is land inherited from relatives. After the inheritance it was left unattended for a long time, and since there are no plans to use it I have decided to sell it. I previously tried to sell through real estate agents but unfavorable conditions prevented a sale, so I’m listing it here. The site is in a quiet residential area about a 13-minute walk from Taura Station on the JR Yokosuka Line. The lot is over 200 sq. m., so you can build a reasonably sized house, but it is located on sloping ground and the site itself is in two tiers. The surrounding roads are narrow and vehicles cannot access the property, which is a drawback. I purchased this property in 2014 (Heisei 26) and considered various plans—whether to build a detached house or an apartment—but ultimately abandoned the plans because the site is some distance from my home, and the land has remained as is.
