Description

The Akitani area is not easy to find commercial properties. Bus stop 1 minute walk. Moreover, it is a one-story house and an old private house with a view of the sea. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks "I want to go see it right away!" The luggage in the room will be removed from now on, but depending on the industry, it will be difficult without various changes. In addition, it is limited to eating, drinking, lodging, and sharing houses. Still, considering this building and this location, how should I use it? I can't help but fantasize. If it's a simple office, you can use it without much effort, and you can renovate it yourself! If there is a fierce person who says, it seems that you can also consult with us about renting out a residence. Personally, I think it would be nice to have a manufacturing atelier and gallery like the potter's atelier and store "KURAKURA" in Akitani! I am delusional.
