Yoshinogawa City is located on the north side of Tokushima Prefecture, and the city area extends east and west along the Yoshino River. Overall, it is a calm area. I had a connection, and I acquired a detached house for investment in Tokushima Prefecture and was running it for rent. As for the circumstances leading up to the sale, there were other things I wanted to do, and I needed funds there, so I decided to give up the plan to continue holding it and earn rent.
