This house, which is about a 5-minute walk from Yuri High School and Uchietsu Nursery School in Kawaguchi, Yuri Honjo City, is a sturdy Sukiya-style building that is hard to believe is over 40 years old. この住宅は当時お施主様が教員をされ、現在はご長男がお勤め先の関係によりお住まいになっていたが、ご自宅が仙台市にあることから、このまま活用してくれる方にお譲りしたいとのご依頼を受けている。場所は国道105号線と並行して西に60ｍほど入った静かな住宅街で、向かい側には葬祭センター「虹のホールゆり」もあり、現在、土地の一部を駐車場としてお貸ししている。
