In February 2023, I purchased a vacant house as a second home and spent over 6 million yen on a full renovation. I had planned to use it as a hobby house, but after the renewal, I found the rooms to be very spacious and realized I couldn't fully utilize it, so I decided to sell it this time.

The house has been renewed while retaining the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, resulting in a very nostalgic finish. It has good ventilation, making it cool even in summer. The back area is slightly cliff-like (the land here is elevated) and has dense trees, so it might be a bit scary at night. The layout includes 5DK and a 4.5-tatami mat dirt floor. Here, you can comfortably keep large dogs and other pets, so I would love for large families to make use of it. There is also parking space for one car.

Below is the renovation history. In 2020, the water heater, first-floor toilet, and independent washbasin were replaced. In July 2023, the roof was repaired, all rooms in the 5DK were renovated (floor, walls, and ceiling), the second-floor toilet was replaced, a unit bath was newly installed on the first floor, two air conditioners were newly installed, a monitor intercom was newly in
2023年2月に、セカンドハウスとして空き家を購入し、600万円以上かけてフルリフォームしました。趣味の家とする予定でしたが、リニューアルしてみるととてもお部屋が広く、私では使いきれないと思い、このたび売却を決心いたしました。

古民家の雰囲気を残しリニューアルしていますので、とてもノスタルジックな仕上がりになっています。風通しもよく、夏でも涼しく過ごせます。裏手が少し崖になっており(こちらの土地が高い)木が生い茂っていますので、夜は少し怖いかもしれません。間取りは5DKに加え、4.5畳の土間があります。ここでは大型犬やその他ペットなども気兼ねなく飼えるので、是非大人数のご家族にお使い頂きたいです。駐車スペースも1台分あります。

以下、リフォーム歴です。2020年に給湯器と1階のトイレ、独立洗面台を交換しました。2023年7月に屋根補修、5DK全部屋の床壁天井をリフォーム、2階のトイレを交換、1階にユニットバスを新設、エアコンを2台新設、モニター付きインターフォンを新設、浄化槽清掃をしました。ガス管が古くなっているので、近々全て入れ替える予定です。

交通に関しては、JR天王台駅徒歩20分、東我孫子駅徒歩15分と若干遠いですが、電車に乗ると約1時間で東京駅までアプローチできます。天王台駅からはバスも出ており、バス停からは徒歩6分です。小学校も近く、生活利便施設も充実しています。下記の価格を希望していますが、ご相談に応じます。売却時期は2023年中を希望します。
