I bought this property from an acquaintance in April 2022, and rented it out after replacing the toilet, interior, and water heater with new ones (January 2022 to August 2023: 55,000 yen, March to May 2024: 42,000 yen, currently looking for 42,000 yen as of July 2024).
It is a large property with 7 DK, and there is parking nearby for 3,300 yen per car. In the past, we have received inquiries from construction companies from far away, requests to move in because there are no rental houses nearby, and short-term occupancy due to the reconstruction of one's home, so I do not think there will be any long-term vacancies. It is recommended for families as there are many rooms, so there is no storage space and there are toilets on both the first and second floors. It is also recommended that there are convenience stores, supermarkets, town halls, post offices, and stations in the neighborhood. One concern is that the building is poorly constructed due to its age.
I am considering selling it due to my transfer, and I hope that it will be used for my own residence or as a rental property.
