This is a house inherited from my parents in the 5th year of the Reiwa era (built in 1981). Currently, no one plans to live here, and if left unattended, it will deteriorate. Therefore, I would like to pass it on to someone who will continue to live here, rather than as a place for multi-location living. The landowner is different. The land is leased, and I pay 9,900 yen per year. There is a warehouse on the land (owned by me) across the road, which will also be included. Additionally, all costs incurred during the sale (including those borne by the seller) will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is also an empty house on the leased land. I am currently consulting with the authorities, but since the owner has passed away, demolition seems difficult. I hope to find someone who understands this point and can proceed with the sale. The sea is right in front, offering a beautiful view, and you can enjoy fishing and other activities. Immediate occupancy is possible, but some renovations may be necessary. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (4.5 km) away.
