Description

When I purchased the vacant house, the owner consulted me about wanting to dispose of other mountain land they owned, which led to this land. According to the previous owner, they were moved by the beauty of the scenery when they first saw it. Indeed, it is a highland property overlooking the mountains such as Toyama and Iyogatake, and the view was beautiful, so I decided to purchase it as per the owner's wishes. The vacant house has found a tenant, but since there are currently no plans to use the land purchased together, I will pass it on to someone who wants it. I have trimmed some grass for the photos.

The neighboring land has a cornfield and is somewhat distant from residential houses, providing a sense of privacy in the environment. The 296 tsubo land has a height difference like a terraced field, but there are also flat areas. The upper section has a 360-degree view, and as you descend to the lower section, the sense of privacy increases.

While maintenance is needed, it seems possible to create a farm, a dog run, or a private campsite by building a hut for off-grid living or a secret base. Personally, I was vaguely thinking that it would feel nice to dig a well and have a

隣地にトウモロコシ畑等がある程度で民家からはある程度離れていてポツンと環境のプライベート感のある立地です。296坪の土地は段々畑のように高低差のある土地ですが、しっかり平坦部もあります。上段は360度見晴らしが良く、下段に降りるにつれプライベート感が増します。

整備は必要ですが畑を作ったり、ドッグランやプライベートキャンプ場にするなど小屋を建ててオフグリッド生活や秘密基地など色々な活用を考えられそうです。個人的には井戸を掘ってこの景色でサウナとかやったら気持ち良いだろうなとぼんやりと考えていました。草刈りなど少し整備は必要ですが敷地まで車は入れます。敷地までは70mほど未舗装路になります。
