隣地にトウモロコシ畑等がある程度で民家からはある程度離れていてポツンと環境のプライベート感のある立地です。296坪の土地は段々畑のように高低差のある土地ですが、しっかり平坦部もあります。上段は360度見晴らしが良く、下段に降りるにつれプライベート感が増します。
