整備は必要ですが畑を作ったり、ドッグランやプライベートキャンプ場にするなど小屋を建ててオフグリッド生活や秘密基地など色々な活用を考えられそうです。個人的には井戸を掘ってこの景色でサウナとかやったら気持ち良いだろうなとぼんやりと考えていました。草刈りなど少し整備は必要ですが敷地まで車は入れます。敷地までは70mほど未舗装路になります。
