Land for sale in Chonan Machi, Chiba Ken, Kanto, Japan

When my father and mother were younger they purchased this land hoping to live here after retirement. However, after they retired it proved impractical to leave the community near the house they had purchased in the area where they worked, so the land has gone unused. They currently have no plans to use it and wish to sell. Timing is flexible, but earlier would be appreciated.

A roadside station (michi-no-eki) opened nearby, and a new interchange has made the area much easier to access. The YCAT highway-bus stop at Yokohama Station is also relatively close. It is difficult to do shopping without a car.


When we visited to check the current condition, a lot of grass and bamboo were growing in the area that appears flat in the photos. Details are as follows:
- A camphor tree on the land behind the property (outside the property boundary) has grown large.
- Scattered around the site are several small trees — persimmon, maple, camellia, etc. — with about five slender/smaller trees in total.
- Bamboo is growing on the flat area.

Because of this, the site looked like a small woodland at first glance. Photos will be added. In light of the current condition, we have父と母が若い頃に、リタイア後にここで生活したいと考え、購入したとのことです。ただ、リタイア後はすでに勤務エリアに購入した自宅近くのコミュニティから出る事が現実的ではないため、使わない土地となってしまいました。現在も、使用する予定はないため、売却を希望します。時期はいつでも大丈夫です。早いとありがたいです。

近くに道の駅ができました。インターチェンジもできたので、だいぶ行きやすくなりました。横浜駅YCATの高速バスの停車場も割と近くにあります。車がないと買い物など厳しいです。

＜2022.11追記＞
現況把握に行ったところ、写真にて平地になっているところにたくさんの草と竹が生えておりました。詳細は下記になります。

・背面の土地(物件の敷地外）のくすの木が大きく育っていた。
・そのほかに土地を囲むように点々と、小ぶりの柿の木、紅葉、椿などがあり、細め小ぶりの木が5本くらいある。
・平坦な場所に竹が生えている。

そのため、パッと見た印象は、林のようになっていました。写真追加します。その現況を鑑み、価格を下げ、現況での引き渡しをご了承頂ける方を募集させていただけたらと思います。状況としては、竹を伐採し、紅葉等の大きくなった木の不要な枝葉を切れば、最初に提示している写真のような土地になります。ご購入後、良心的な価格にて手入れしてくださる地元の方をご紹介させて頂くことも可能です。

＜2022.11現在の周辺情報＞
・徒歩20分圏内に、セブンイレブン、コメリ、ヤックスドラッグ（薬や日用品、処方箋等がある）があります。
・コメリ向かいの駐車場が、「長南駐車場」という、高速バス乗り場があります。横浜駅、羽田空港に停まります。
・物件から徒歩5分くらいのところに、道の駅「ふる郷」があります。お弁当や手作り味噌などが購入できます。
・春には桜、螢の時期には物件近くの川に螢が見られるそうです。（里山再生プロジェクトによるものとのこと）
・天然ガスのため、ガス代が安い
・物件については、電気、ガス、水道のライフラインは来ております。

Nice to meet you, it's a rural town vacant land. It faces the road. It is a vertically long land. The properties on both sides are different. It's just an open space. There is a bamboo forest in the back. The size is about 600 square meters. The buying and selling time is always good.
