This property is located directly across from the famous crab mansion of Yagi Kamesaburo, known for its crab fishing boats. Our house was built using leftover materials from the crab mansion. It will be exactly 100 years old in 2018, but it is still very sturdy. The interior features a shoin-style design. This is the main house, and there is another building connected by a corridor. This second building is probably around 120 years old and was dismantled from another location and relocated here. The garden is currently being maintained. There is a front yard and a back yard, and in the back yard, there is a large stone transported from Sakhalin. There is also a storehouse. Additionally, there is an old retirement house where my grandparents lived, which is about 70 years old; although it is old, it is still usable. The land is 150 tsubo and connects from the main street to the back street. The location is near where the Shimanami Kaido connects to Shikoku. There was a hole in the ceiling of the storehouse, but it has been repaired.

蟹工船で有名な八木亀三郎の蟹御殿の真向かいに建っており、蟹御殿の残材で我が家は建てられました。2018年でちょうど築100年になりますが、まだまだしっかりしています。室内は書院造りとなっています。これが母屋で、廊下続きでもう一棟あります。これは恐らく築120年ぐらいで、昔、別の場所から分解して移築されたものです。今、庭は手入れ中。前庭と後庭があり、後庭には、サハリンから運んだ大石があります。土蔵もあります。更に、昔祖父母が住んでいた築70年ぐらいの隠居の建屋もあり、古いですがこれもまだ使えます。土地は150坪、表通りから裏通りに抜けています。ロケーションはしまなみ海道が四国につながった所の近くです。土蔵の天井に穴が開いていましたが修理しました。
