It is a corporate office and residence, but it has been vacant for three years. It is not exactly an old house, but it is a sturdy two-story wooden building built in 1932, with some parts made from solid Yakushima cedar, which is now impossible to find. It is located along the cycle road that leads to the Shimanami Kaido, and with the cycling boom, it is a land and building that can be used in various ways in the future. You can become the owner as a business site, or you can live in it as your own cycling base. Since the house is old, there are leaks and some parts of the floor are rotting. Ehime Prefecture and Imabari City have been working on the road in front of the house since last year. The work is to build a new bicycle path for cycling. It is located exactly halfway between Imabari Station and the Shimanami Kaido bridge, so I think it could be used as a business site as a "cycling terminal."法人の事務所兼邸宅ですが、現状は3年前から空き家になっています。古民家というほどではありませんが、今では絶対手に入らない屋久島の杉を一枚板で使ったものとかがあり、昭和7年建築のしっかりとした木造二階建です。しまなみ海道につながるサイクルロード沿いで、サイクリングブームもあり今後色々活用のできる土地建物です。事業用地としてオーナーになるのもよし、自らのサイクリング基地として住まわれても構いません。家屋が古いので雨漏りがあったり、床が朽ちている箇所があります。愛媛県および今治市が家の前の道路を昨年から工事しています。サイクリングのための自転車道を新設する工事です。今治駅としまなみ海道の大橋のちょうど中間に位置するので、「サイクリングターミナル」としての事業用地としても活用できると思います。
