Description

This is a piece of land inherited and owned by my wife. While it may not be spacious, it used to have a residence built on it and was rented out. We hope that those looking for land to live in Fukui (preferably families) and builders will consider purchasing it.

It is located in the "urbanization area" of Fukui City, with water supply and other utilities already connected. It is near Momozono Park. The land has two roads (with 5m on the west side and 10.8m on the east side, each with an 8m frontage), making it a bright property. It is also close to an elementary school, making it recommended for families with children. The shape of the land is somewhat unique (see images).

I visited the site and would like to add some notes. The neighboring residents said, "It's not a bad piece of land. It used to be a sought-after location." Upon walking around, I found that it is just a 10-second walk to the bus stop, making it conveniently located. Additionally, it is only 12 seconds on foot to the nearest mailbox and two vending machines. 福井市内の「市街化区域」であり、水道なども引かれています。桃園公園近くです。二方道路(西側5m、東側10.8mの道路にそれぞれ8m接道)で明るい敷地です。小学校も近く、子育て世代にもおすすめです。土地の形状がやや特殊です。(画像参照)

現地確認に行ってきましたので、追記です。
近隣住民の方は「悪くない土地。昔は取り合いの場所だった。」とおっしゃっていました。歩いて確認してみると、バス停まで徒歩10秒で交通の便がよい立地でした。また郵便ポストと飲料自販機(2台)まで徒歩12秒の近さです。裏通りを30m歩くと「フクイボウ」の通用口があり、ある程度除雪が期待できます。住宅を建てる場合は裏通り側に玄関・駐車場を配置すれば、土地の形状も活かせそうでした。南へ徒歩5分の場所に広々とした小山谷公園があり、子育てに最適な立地です。また、校区は足羽小学校300m、光陽中学校1.6kmと通学にも便利です。大通りを挟んで向かいの土地に新築の建売住宅が建っていましたので、ある程度需要がある土地だと思われます。ぜひご検討ください。
