Land for sale in Gifu Ken

In 2009, I paid about 2 million yen to the company that sold the land at that time to purchase this forest (a resort villa area). There seems to be a relatively new, large house on the north side of the land. The photo was taken in September 2024. There is a hot spring hut (a special key is required) that can only be used by guests of the villa area, and the spring quality seems to be radium hot spring. It is a little uphill to the hot spring area, but I think it can be reached on foot in a few minutes. When I asked the management company, I was told that there is a hot spring inlet on the land. It is on the road side of the land, so it is at the top of the slope. It seems that you can use the hot spring immediately if you have a hose. Since I paid 500,000 yen for the hot spring and drinking water inlet at the time of purchase, I think drinking water will also be available (investigation is required). I haven't been to the area for decades, but it was a place that made me want to say "Yoohoo" when I saw the mountains (Mt. Ena) in front of me. When the Linear Shinkansen opens, there are plans to have a station near Sendanbayashi in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture, but that's stil2009年に、当時の分譲元の会社へ200万ほど支払い購入した山林（保養別荘地）です。土地の北側には比較的新しめの、大きいお家が建っているようです。写真は2024年9月に撮影したものです。別荘地の利用者だけが使える温泉小屋（専用鍵が必要です）が無料でついており、泉質はラジウム温泉のようです。温泉地まではすこし坂を上りますが、徒歩でも数分でたどり着けると思います。管理会社へ問合せたところ、土地には温泉の引き込み口がついているそうです。土地の道路側なので、傾斜地の上のほうだということです。ホースがあれば 温泉をすぐ使うことができるそうです。購入時に温泉と飲料水の引き込みで50万支払っているため、飲料水も出ると思います（調査が必要です）。もう数十年現地には行っていませんが、山々（恵那山）が正面に見えて ヤッホー と言いたくなるようなところでした。リニアが開通すれば、岐阜県中津川市千旦林付近に停車駅ができる計画があるようですが、10年も先の話です。私も年を重ねてきましたので、なるべく早めのお引渡しを希望します。以上をご承知おきの上、こちらの土地を引き取ってくださる方を募集します。よろしくお願いいたします。
