18 people own a 2LDK room on the first floor of "Grand Vert Gora Building B". It is a resort condominium located about a 3-minute walk from Naka-Gora Station and each of the 18 people has registered 1/18 of the ownership. The property is owned 20 days a year. Self-catering is possible and 5 sets of bedding are provided. The condominium's shared facilities include a large hot spring bath (with sauna, reclining bath, and waterfall bath), a heated swimming pool, and a tennis court.
