[Price Changed] You can see the greenery of the Hayama Imperial Villa and the Izu Peninsula in the distance, but it's only a 6-minute walk to the sea. When I stepped out onto the balcony, I had a feeling that I could hear the sound of the waves. The property is located in Isshiki, Hayama Town. It is a great location, with the highlights of Hayama, such as the Hayama Imperial Villa, Isshiki Beach, the Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Modern Art, Hayama, and Hayama Shiosai Park, all within walking distance. The building is a three-story building with a cute, round shape. It was built 45 years ago, but the exterior is beautifully painted, and I feel that it has been carefully maintained. There was a wooden bench built into the space under the shared staircase. It would be a great place to take a break before climbing the stairs, and it would help communicate with neighbors. It's a small thing, but this kind of thoughtfulness is wonderful. Now, the lot we are looking for is a corner room on the second floor that was just renovated in December 2023. When I checked the feel of the flooring, it was smooth and smooth, with no uneven areas. Be careful not to stub your toes as there are sligh【価格変更しました】わずかに葉山御用邸の緑とその奥に伊豆半島が見える程度ですが、歩けば6分で海というこの距離感。バルコニーに出ると、なんとなく潮騒が聞こえてきそうな予感がしました。場所は葉山町一色。葉山御用邸をはじめ、一色海岸や神奈川県立近代美術館葉山館、葉山しおさい公園など葉山のハイライトともいえるスポットが徒歩圏内という嬉しい立地です。建物は3階建てのコロンとした可愛らしいフォルム。築45年ですが、外装は綺麗に塗装されていて、丁寧に維持管理されてきたのだろうと感じます。共用階段下のスペースには造作の木製ベンチがありました。階段を登る前にひと息ついたり、ご近所同士のコミュニケーションに一役買ってくれそうです。小さなことですがこういう心遣いが素敵ですね。さて、募集区画は2023年12月に改修されたばかりの2階角部屋。気になるフローリングの感触を確かめたところ、フカフカしていたり凹凸の部分はなく、素足でスーッと滑りたくなるようなフラットな仕上がりでした。部屋ごとに少し段差があるので、足の指をぶつけないようにご注意を。リビングは南東向きで陽射しは申し分なし。バルコニーに出ると1階を囲むように生えている木々と向かいの家の間から山が見えたり、冒頭の眺望があったり。天井もそこまで高くないので、部屋全体が包みこまれているような安心感があります。ユニークなのが風呂場の造り。黒いタイル風の壁は好みが分かれそうですが、浴槽の上に大きな引き違い窓がありました。さすがに開放感満載なので、普段は防水のカーテンで仕切るかフィルターを貼りたいところです。すぐ隣に家が迫っているのに、風呂場に透明の大きな窓をつけるという大胆さが面白いと思います。葉山移住への一歩を踏み出すには申し分ない物件ではないでしょうか。
