Purchased as a company-owned villa and also operated as a vacation rental (minpaku) since late 2016. After the new minpaku regulations were introduced last year, the owners filed the required notification and have continued to operate it both as a rental and for private use. The minpaku performance has been good, but the company is now disposing of assets and has decided to sell. The building is in good condition—still operated as a minpaku as of July—and the exterior was repainted three years ago with a high-durability fluorine coating. The onsen is not currently activated, but piping is in place and service can be connected under contract. This property can generate reasonable income if used as a rental while also serving as a vacation home for private use. It also works well as a purely private villa, offering forest bathing, birdsong, a hinoki (Japanese cypress) bath, and an authentic wood-burning fireplace—many attractive features. Inside, the property is clean as shown in the photos. There is a full-scale wood-burning fireplace and a large hinoki bath.
