This land was purchased by my mother from a local landowner about 40 years ago. After that it became overgrown with scrub trees and weeds and was left untouched, but recently it has been maintained (mowing, etc.) about twice a year. The property is some distance from our home, and we have been considering selling it for some time. My mother passed away last year and the property was inherited in my name. The location is favorable, with Lake Hamana Garden Park and Murakushi Beach nearby — a mecca for windsurfing — so it’s especially recommended for outdoor enthusiasts. The land faces Lake Hamana, is along a main road, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to AEON Shopping Town. 宅地と農地がまとまってあり、飯田駅から300m圏内くらいに位置しています。
