Description

This land was purchased by my mother from a local landowner about 40 years ago. After that it became overgrown with scrub trees and weeds and was left untouched, but recently it has been maintained (mowing, etc.) about twice a year. The property is some distance from our home, and we have been considering selling it for some time. My mother passed away last year and the property was inherited in my name. The location is favorable, with Lake Hamana Garden Park and Murakushi Beach nearby — a mecca for windsurfing — so it’s especially recommended for outdoor enthusiasts. The land faces Lake Hamana, is along a main road, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to AEON Shopping Town. With its size, it could be used for camping, glamping, trailer-house vacation lots, a warehouse for a windsurfing business, material storage, etc. The only drawback is that there is no water supply piping, so installation would be the buyer’s responsibility. Utilities: water and wastewater piping are required; electricity must be connected (from the neighboring house to the west); gas is available via propane. 目の前が浜名湖、幹線道路沿、車で10分も走れば、イオンショッピングタウンも有ります。キャンプ、グランピング、トレーラーハウスで別荘地、ウインドサーフィン経営の倉庫、資材置場等、広いので、使い方は、お客様の自由な発想で、活用可能な土地かと思います。唯一の難点は水道配管設備がありませんので、お客様ご負担となります。

ライフラインは、水道、給排水必要です。電気は西隣に住宅が有り引き込みが必要、ガスはプロパンにて対応。
