A versatile piece of land has appeared near Juntendo University Hospital, an elementary school, and a convenience store.
There was an old house here. The road in front was unpaved and bumpy. Once it rained, puddles formed here and there and remained for days. Even if you washed your car, your feet would get dirty.
So our company bought the house, demolished the building, and worked with the neighbors to pave the unpaved road in front of it with asphalt. Now it looks like it does today.
It is a private road, but it has the public water main and sewer pipes of Izunokuni City. Legally, it is a road recognized by the Building Standards Act as a designated location road.
It was unpaved because it was a private road, not a public road. This time, we were able to create an opportunity to pave it, and we were able to pave it properly. It will be safe in the future.
Please check the map and the site. There is a nursery school, an elementary school, Juntendo University Hospital, a convenience store, a park, and other facilities, so I think it is a versatile place for both parents with children and the elderly.
