I purchased this property about six months ago through a connection. It is a small warehouse with newly repainted exterior walls. The interior has been cleaned and is empty. If no buyer is found, I am considering renting it out, so please refrain from price negotiations. The listing will be removed in about one month, so if you are interested please contact me soon. It is near the Handa Interchange (about a 5-minute drive) and there is a 7‑Eleven nearby. It can be used for personal use or as an investment rental (expected rent would be around ¥40,000 plus consumption tax). The property is visible from a busy road, so it could also be used as a work warehouse with signage.

The land is small and the ceiling heights on the 1st floor and mezzanine are low. The shutter opening is approximately 2.5 m wide by 1.8 m high. There is no staircase; access to the mezzanine is by ladder. There is no electricity or water supply. There are windows, so daytime work is possible without lighting.

About 10 years ago I acquired in bulk eight ground-floor individual commercial units (plus the entire parking area in front of the building) that retain a pleasant Showa-era atmosphere.
