Description

This land was acquired through inheritance. The buildings are unregistered and the property has been vacant for about five years.

Buildings on the residential land (unregistered):
1. Farmhouse — wood-framed, tiled roof, single-storey — 44.62 m²
2. Annex — wood-framed, tiled roof, single-storey — 2.64 m²
3. Annex — wood-framed, tiled roof, single-storey — 7.43 m²
4. Storage shed

Age: approximately 65 years.

The field has not been used for a long time. The property (field, house, etc.) will be transferred as-is, including the disposal of household goods and other items inside the house. There is no key for the house’s front door. The key to the storage shed has been lost. A Buddhist altar (butsudan) and a household Shinto altar (kamidana) remain in place.

Both the residential land and the field are registered in my name. The buildings standing on the residential land are registered in my great-grandmother’s name; however, I obtained sole ownership through inheritance division mediation.
