There is a municipal parking lot along the coast. The owner mentioned that there is availability for an annual fee of 15,000 yen. It makes one wonder if it’s really that cheap. It’s about 50 meters from here to the house.

Yes. I have seen it with my own eyes. In fact, I witnessed it entering twice. The owner seems to be accustomed to it. But it is possible. The owner used to live here with two households (separate upper and lower) and seemed to have been commuting with a light vehicle. What about a motorcycle? Quality of the house
Please note that there is no warranty. Therefore, the water heater may be broken, so please keep that in mind when purchasing. 海沿いに区営の駐車場があります。オーナーからは年額15,000円で空きありと聞いています。ほんとにこんなに安いのかな？　と心配になるくらいですね。

はい。この目で見ました。というか、入っているところを２回目撃しました。慣れた方なんでしょうね。でも、行けます。オーナーも昔はここに２世帯（上下別）で暮らしていたころがあり、軽自動車で行き来していたようです。バイクなら？　余裕ですし、家の前のスペース、もしくは、倉庫に置けます。
家の品質
無保証ですのでご注意ください。
よって、給湯器は壊れているかも知れませんのでそのつもりでご購入ください。浄化槽（かなり旧式）も数年前まで点検を受けていましたし、大きな雨漏りはなさそうです。水道の漏水もメータを見る限りなさそうに見えます。ご見学の際にはそれらをご自身の目で十分にご確認ください。弊社は設備などの専門業者ではありませんが、一般ユーザー目線で一緒にお付き合いさせていただきます。

楽しいと思います。徒歩３分ほどの突堤では常にだれかが釣っています。ルアーのように何回も投げている人、餌とウキを付けてじっくり釣っている人、何か釣れるかなと家族連れなどこの突堤は常に楽しそうです。
そして、この突堤の内側で家族が海水浴している姿をよく見かけます。砂浜ではありませんので、浮き輪につかまりながら水中眼鏡で覗く海底の景色は子供にも大人にも十分に楽しいでしょう。
すぐ目の前にイベント広場が解放されています。その向かいのスーパーでお弁当やビール、つまみなどを購入してくつろぐにはあまりに贅沢な空間です。ズバリ、楽しい空間です。時々、イベントをここで行うらしいです。

This property has been lived in by my grandparents, but I would like to sell it now that my grandfather has passed away and my grandmother has moved into a facility. The building is over 30 years old, so it has some wear and tear, and I would like to pass it on to someone who understands this.

Since the house was built in 1992, the building is worn. Additionally, since some time has passed since my grandmother moved out, the interior is dirty. Limited to one group per day, the hot spring inn "Yumehana" has ended its long years of operation and is now for sale. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea. There is no other property in my real estate history that offers such a stunning view of the ocean. Not only can you see the vast sea, but directly in front is Oshima, and if you look south, you can see Toshima and Niijima, among the Izu Seven Islands. Occasionally, you might even spot a pod of dolphins. The parking area and garden have been left mostly untouched, allowing nature to take over, which is a shame. The approximately 500 tsubo (about 1,650 square meters) of land is almost completely flat. This inn is finished using a wealth of old materials collected from across the country by Master Kato, who is dedicated to preserving traditional Japanese architecture, including sukiya, tea rooms, inns, and shrines. The relationship began when the current owner's parents commissioned him to build a tea room, leading to the construction of this inn. これほど海がドカンと見える物件は私の不動産の歴史において他にありません。単なる大海だけでなく、正面に大島、目を南に向けると利島、新島など伊豆七島を望むことができます。ごくごく稀にイルカの群れも姿を現すことがあります。
駐車場部分や庭はほとんど手が回らずに自然に任せていますが、もったいないですね。約５００坪の敷地はほぼほぼ平坦です。

数寄屋、茶室、旅館、社寺など日本の伝統建築を継承することにこだわりぬいた加藤棟梁が全国から集めた古材をふんだんに使って仕上げた宿です。現オーナーのご両親のお茶室を建築を依頼したことをきっかけに関係が続き、この宿の建築に至りました。

玄関かとホールの高低差は約１ｃｍ。部屋からトイレ、温泉風呂まで段差なし。これほどバリアフリーに徹底した宿は他にはないかと思います。

片瀬白田の街中からここまで温泉を引いています。夢花とそのお隣りの宿の２軒分が送られてきます。温度は高く、湯舟に入る温泉の量のコントロールすることで湯舟の温泉温度を調整しています。温泉量が多すぎると熱くなってしまいますし、その逆だとぬるくなります。これ、結構シビアだとオーナーは言っていました。万が一、源泉温度が低くなってしまったときのために、温泉加熱器も備わっています。

これ、結構厳しいです。隣地や道路の敷地から建物は５ｍ以上離す必要があったり、建ぺい率も10％～20％と非常に厳しいです。
今の宿を利用するのでなく、解体して数区画に分けるとか、家を２件以上建てるなどはかなり難しいのでご注意ください。
