My father passed away in Heisei 20, and the house has been vacant since then. Sometimes neighbors mow the grass in front of the house, and about 4 or 5 cars can park. I have to draw it from the water myself, so I would like to give it to someone who has a pioneering spirit and will take care of it. The tap water is drawn from the spring water of the mountains, but the road to the spring water is overgrown with trees, and it is difficult to see where the mountain water comes out. The water is coming out little by little now, so you may find out by cutting down trees and following it. I have been living on that water since my grandfather's time.

The condition of the house is such that there is a rockfall where the Buddhist altar is placed, and the Buddhist altar is overturned, so you can see the outside through the earthen wall. The toilet is flushed and outside. I don't know if it can be used. There is also a bath, but it is old and I don't know if it can be used.

The good thing is that the air is clean, the water is delicious, and it is quiet. I don't have a neighborhood, so no one will disturb me. Barbecue is also all-you-can-eat. You can also camp. There are two persimmon tree平成20年に父が他界し、その後空き家です。時々は近所の方が家の前の草刈りをしてくれており、車は4、5台くらいは停めれます。水から自分で引かなければならないので、開拓精神がある方で、大事にして住んでくれる方にお譲りしたいです。水道の水は山の湧き水を引いて利用しますが、湧水までの道が木が生い茂って山水の出ているところがわからなくなっています。水は今は少しずつ出ていますので、木を伐採して辿っていくとわかるかもしれません。今迄祖父の時代からその水で生活しています。

家の状態は仏壇を置いているところに落石があり、仏壇がひっくり返るなど、土壁から外が見えるくらいの状態です。トイレは汲み取り、外です。使えるかどうかわかりません。風呂もありますが、古くなっていて使えるかわかりません。

いいところは、空気がキレイで水が美味しく、静かです。近所が無いので誰にも邪魔されません。バーベキューもやり放題です。キャンプもできます。家の前には柿の木が2本とすだちの木が2本あって、耕したら野菜とかを作れると思います。生前、父は白菜や大根を作っていました。ただし、物件に行く道は狭くて片側は崖になっており、対向が難しいので運転が得意な人もしくは慣れていかないと難しいかもしれません。
