The home is located on a small hill about a 2-3 minute drive from the entrance to Higashisonogi IC.
There are no neighbors nearby, and it is a peaceful area with views of tea fields and mountains. As it is on high ground, the views are great and there is a sense of openness.
The building is two stories high, but the interior is a split-level floor, making it almost like a maze. It's an exciting design that children will love!
