This is a house filled with memories where I grew up from the age of 10 until I graduated high school. My elderly mother lived here alone until she needed to move to a nursing home, which is why we decided to sell it. Although it is 50 years old, it is well-maintained, and we have replaced the roof tiles, remodeled the bathroom and washroom, and repainted the walls. There may be some small repairs needed, but I believe no major repairs are necessary. Any usable furniture can be left for the new owner, and we will remove any unwanted furniture.

The surrounding environment is a small village rich in nature (with a total of 8 houses). There are only two houses upstream from this one, and after that, there is a 1 km unpaved road along the river that leads to the mountains. The water is clean, and when I was a child, even though we had tap water, I grew up drinking well water because it was delicious. Unfortunately, the well has dried up now. We can also include rice fields and farmland (including a tiller) and mountains for free. However, recently, wild boars and deer have been spotted. There have been no reports of bears yet. 周りの環境は自然豊かな山の中の小集落(全部で8戸の一軒家）という感じです。この家より上流には家が2軒だけでその後は舗装してない川沿いの道が1㎞ほど続き最後は山になります。水もきれいで私が子供のころは水道があるのにおいしいので井戸の水を飲んで育ちました。残念ながら今は枯れ井戸になってます。田んぼ、畑(耕運機も）、山も無料でお付けすることもできます。ただし、最近はイノシシと鹿がでるようです。熊が出たという情報はまだないです。普通に家族で住むこともできますが、お勧めはセカンドハウスです。ケーブルテレビとネット利用可です。

山の中なので夏はやや涼しいですが冬は少し寒いかなという感じです。最寄りの駅はJR播但線香呂駅で約4㎞です。車があれば意外とそれほど不便ではないとおもいます。姫路はもちろん神戸くらいなら通勤可能です。

いきなり購入決断は難しい場合、購入前提での1年間程度の体験賃貸も可能です。7万円/月。体験後購入頂く場合は販売代金より賃貸でお支払い頂いた金額(10カ月なら70万円)を購入金額より差し引きますが、購入にならない場合は返金できません。
