My mother passed away last year and I inherited it. I haven't used it since my grandmother passed away, and the building was demolished in May this year, so please trade it on vacant land. It is currently unused and has no plans to use it in the future. It is 12 meters adjacent to the front road and is a flat residential area. Since I don't live there, I don't know if there is transportation. The owner is difficult to be present because he lives far away, so please be someone who can confirm it himself.
It is not known about sewerage, gas. There is no contribution. The photo shows the boundary marker (stone stake) on the right side of the front road, in the direction of the front road from the back, and in the back left from the front road. There is only one boundary marker, but I think there is a possibility that it is in the front road pavement block.

Hokkaido experiences long, harsh winters with heavy snowfall, which may not be to everyone's liking. However, Hokkaido offers a more affordable housing market compared to major southern cities like Tokyo or Osaka. It's possible to find reasonably priced properties, including traditional houses and modern homes, especially in smaller towns and rural areas.
Hokkaido is celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes. It's a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Hokkaido's cities, such as Sapporo, are known for their high quality of life. The region enjoys clean air, a lower population density, and a slower pace of life compared to the more crowded and bustling cities on the main islands.
