My mother passed away last year and I inherited it. I haven't used it since my grandmother passed away, and the building was demolished in May this year, so please trade it on vacant land. It is currently unused and has no plans to use it in the future. It is 12 meters adjacent to the front road and is a flat residential area. Since I don't live there, I don't know if there is transportation. The owner is difficult to be present because he lives far away, so please be someone who can confirm it himself.
It is not known about sewerage, gas. There is no contribution. The photo shows the boundary marker (stone stake) on the right side of the front road, in the direction of the front road from the back, and in the back left from the front road. 下水道、ガスについては不明です。負担金等はありません。写真は、前面道路右側、奥から前面道路方向、前面道路からみて左奥の境界標（石杭）です。境界標は一箇所のみですが、前面道路舗道ブロックの中に入っている可能性はあると思います。
