It is a forest in Fukagawa City, originally owned by my grandfather, inherited by my father, and then gifted to me (I completed the ownership transfer registration myself). I have never seen or been there.深川市の森林で、元々は祖父の所有で父が相続し、私に贈与され今に至ります(所有権移転登記は自分で行い完了しています)。現地は見たことも行ったこともありません。

Lake Silaltoro, which is included in Kushiro Shitsugen National Park in the southern part of the town, is a freshwater lake near the boundary between the Nekuma Wilderness and the Kushiro Marshland. On the eastern shore of the lake, National Highway 391 stretches to Kushiro, Teshikaga, and Abashiri. The property is a land for sale on the west slope of the mountain side on the east side of the national highway, overlooking Lake Silaltoro. There are many elegant buildings on the bright hill for sale, and you can enjoy the beautiful gardens and vegetable garden space. In the past, it was in the spotlight for distributing "artificial marimo" made of floating marimo filamentous bodies processed into a spherical shape, and now the use of power boats is prohibited on Lake Silaltoro. You can catch American trout and smelt, and if the ice is completely thawed, the calm surface of the lake shining in the sunset is attractive.町の南部、釧路湿原国立公園に含まれるシラルトロ湖は、根釧原野と釧路湿原の境界付近にあたる淡水湖。湖の東岸には国道391号線が伸び、釧路と弟子屈、さらに網走まで続いている。物件は国道から東側の山側に入る、シラルトロ湖を一望できる西斜面の温泉付分譲地の土地。明るい高台の分譲地には瀟洒な建物が数多く建ち、きれいな庭園や菜園スペースを楽しむ姿がある。かつては浮遊型のマリモ糸状体を球状に加工した「人工マリモ」で流通したことで脚光を浴び、現在はシラルトロ湖は動力船の利用は禁止となっている。アメマスやワカサギが釣れ、全面解氷すれば夕陽に輝く穏やかな湖面は魅力である。
